Rates listed refer to one room / night and include breakfast but DO NOT include the tourist tax which, in Lecce, amounts to € 1.00 / person from 1/10 to 30/4 and € 2,00 / person from 1/5 to 30/9. The tax does not apply to residents and other categories as set by municipal ordinance.

(**) The third and fourth beds are in a nearby room
Anyway we suggest to contact us by phone because rates are subject to small changes even daily.
Special prices
Large discounts, especially over long periods, are planned for the following categories:
- military people (and their family) working in the nearby Caserma “Nacci” or “Zappalà”
- university students and teachers who attend to the nearby Campus Ecotekne
- carers of patients in the Clinic “Città di Lecce” or “Casa di Cura Villa Verde“
- Check in: from 01.00pm to 07.30pm
- Check out: from 09.30am to 11.00am
- Children aged 0 to 3 years stay for free sleeping in the parents’ bed
- 4 to 12 years 50% discount
- 13 years and more pay the full price.
- Use of the kitchen is NOT allowed (breakfast only)
- The entire property (except the outdoor spaces) is NO SMOKING.
- Small pets are welcome ONLY after TELEPHONE OR WRITTEN AGREEMENT.
- In order to confirm a reservation you must pay a deposit of 50% of the total amount by bank transfer made out to:

- In case of cancellation anterior to the 7 days preceding check in, the deposit will be fully returned.
- In case of cancellation during 7 days before check in or in case of no-show, the deposit will be retained.
- The balance must be paid upon check in at B&B.
- For the payment (and Tourist Tax) on check in, we accept debit/credit cards and cash.
